“I reached out to Chicago garage doors and an hour later they were on site making the needed repair to get my door back in service. I was impressed with Brian's professionalism, promptness and HONESTY. I gave some openings to see if they would oversell me (as another company tried) and he totally said not needed. The service visit was low amount and the final charge was very reasonable (less that what had been charged by another company). He finished his work, showed me what was done, demonstrated the door was function and guaranteed the work for 90 days! I'll use his service for future needs, for sure!”

“Originally found Chicago Garage Door and Eric through Yelp and with such a positive experience I found it necessary to share my experience here on Google as well. My experience: On a Saturday I found that my garage door would not open and sent out a few requests for quotes on Yelp. Eric was prompt and was in-line and competitive to the other offers/quotes I received. More importantly for me was that he made himself available to come same day and even on Sunday when his business is actually closed according to Google. The work: Eric was very honest and FAST. He was able diagnose what I needed to have done and found other problem areas that I missed. He went as far as readjusting any cables, arm/rods, and etc that he did not have to do to ensure that everything worked smoothly. The person: Eric is super professional and approachable. He was willing to stop what he was doing and answered any questions I had and reviewed my invoice in detail to make sure that I completely understood the work that was done. He is definitely a good guy and I am glad that I was able to meet him. When talking about pricing he made a comment that I felt pretty good about which solidified my decision to call and schedule with him and his company. He said something to the sense of , “I believe that I can have a good business without having to take advantage of people.” I could tell that he truly meant that and it is evidenced by the other reviews that he has under his belt.
